Check for updates

The Check for updates button asks GitHub for the latest release. It runs only when you press it, never automatically. If a newer version exists, About shows what's new from the release's release-notes.json. Download saves the installer inside the app and shows progress and the time left. When it finishes and its checksum matches, Install and restart closes TaskDock completely and runs the installer. Your data is kept.
